Another aspect of our work which makes us special is that we offer a home service.  If you have a clock which is in need of attention and which has not been serviced by us then we will call out for a fixed fee of £40 plus VAT.  If we cannot resolve the problem in your home, the charge is still payable.  In this case an estimate will be provided for the work needed.  If you agree to the work being carried out, the call-out charge will be deducted from the final invoice.  Most clocks for servicing are brought in and collected by customers in person and there is short-term parking at the side of our shop.  If necessary we can sometimes collect and deliver by agreement.
