The Clockmaker has become a successful business because we value and respect our customers and offer them a high quality service whether it is in replacing a watch battery or restoring a much loved longcase clock. We listen to what our customers want and work hard to meet their needs. We are so confident of the quality of our work that we give a three-year guarantee on all repairs, restorations and sales. We also visit customers in their homes to help with making adjustments and for collection and delivery of repairs.
This level of customer service and support used to be commonplace. Sadly, this is now not always the case. At the Clockmaker, we are proud of our “old-fashioned” values and know that our customers appreciate them.
