Our Story
The Clockmaker has become a successful business because we value and respect our customers and offer them a high quality service whatever the scope of the work required. We listen to what our customers want and work hard to meet their needs. We are so confident of the quality of our work that we give a three-year guarantee on all repairs, restorations and sales. We also visit customers in their homes to help with making adjustments and for collection and delivery of repairs. However, in some cases, this may incur a charge.
What we don't do is charge you for coming in to see us with the item you'd like repaired. We will take a look at it and give you an idea of the costs involved.
